Welcome aboard, Narelle! I looked back at some of your previous questions, and it looks like you'll be sailing on the Disney Magic's seven-night cruise in May. That means you'll have both a Formal and a Semi-Formal night. I'd suggest booking your Palo dinner for one of those nights since Palo has a more dressy dress code. You won't need a third dressy outfit that way! You can expect Formal Night to be your first full sea day and Semi-Formal night to be your last full sea day.
Here is the
menu for Palo's dinner on the Magic. Click on the Menu tab next to the Overview tab. A few of my favorite dishes there are the Wild Mushroom Risotto, Oregano and Parmesan Crusted Rack of Lamb, and of course the famous Palo Chocolate Souffle, even though you won't see the desserts listed on this online menu. I promise you won't regret ordering the souffle. I seriously dream about that dessert it is so good!
Did you know that Palo also offers a Champagne Brunch on sea days? Even if you're dining there for dinner one night, I highly recommend considering a brunch as well. My husband and I love the brunch, possibly even more than dinner, but we love to dine at both when we sail. Brunch includes some a la carte items as well as the most fabulous brunch buffet options. We were onboard the Dream last week and had the most wonderful nutella chocolate mousse at Palo's brunch (among a few other desserts we sampled there)! Be sure you save room for all these delicious tastes at Palo! Don't fill up on too much lunch before you have your dinner at Palo, as you wouldn't want to miss out on a thing!
Have fun planning, Narelle!
