Welcome to planDisney, Mandy!
Thank you for stopping by with your question about your upcoming visit to
Disneyland Paris. You must be thrilled to be returning to such a magical place for your family's holiday! It will be here before you know it!
I did some checking for you about the
Special-Rate Disney Park Ticket and found that yes, you can purchase up to two tickets at the discounted rate (one for the Guest who qualifies for the reduced-price ticket and one for a second Guest). To purchase a reduced-price Disney Park ticket or Disneyland Pass, you must present an original copy of a valid proof of disability from the documents listed for your country:
• Disability Living Allowance
• Attendance Allowance Award
• Personal Independence Payment
• Parking Card for Disabled People
• Armed Forces Compensation Scheme
• National Disability Card ID
• Disabled ID
• Access Card
• Registration Card BD8
• Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
• Disabled Student's Allowance
• Scottish Child Disability Payment
Unfortunately, these tickets can only be purchased on the day of your visit at the park entrance. It is my understanding that you can purchase a multi-day ticket on the first day of your visit, but you will need to confirm this with the Cast Member who assists you with the purchase. The good news is that these two Guests will not need to pre-register for their visit and they are guaranteed entrance to the Disney Parks, even if the limit for the maximum number of Guests has already been reached. However, all other Guests in your party must purchase a standard ticket and register their visit date ahead of time.
If your child qualifies for the
Priority Card, which provides priority (but not immediate) access entrance to attractions, theatres, shows, parades, and Character meetings, you can apply for the card online one month before your visit. You will need to pick up your priority card at a Disney Hotel or at the dedicated desks at the Park entrances.
For more information about
Guest Services for Disney Parks Guests with accessibility needs, I encourage you to view the
Disneyland Paris Accessibility Guide for more helpful information.
I know you are looking forward to your visit, Mandy. Please let us know if you have other questions; we are happy to help!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
