    Hi! We’re travelling to Disney in August, but staying off-site. I was wondering if we’d still be able to take advantage of the water transportation from Disney Springs to Port Orleans even though we’re not actually staying at a resort hotel? Thank you!

    I am elated to hEAR you're going to The Most Magical Place on Earth in August! Walt Disney World Resort is my favorite place in the world, and I love that you're going to be exploring Disney Springs. I'm a total foodie and love to shop, and Disney Springs offers a variety of both experiences (and so much more) in the most magical ways!

    All Guests, whether staying at a Disney Resort hotel or not, are welcome to use the complimentary Walt Disney World Water Transportation. It's easy and convenient, as you sit back and relax as you sail around the Seven Seas Lagoon. Most routes run on 15 to 30 minute intervals but hours of operation vary subject to water and weather conditions. From Disney Springs, you are able to take the boat over to the following resorts: Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter, Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside, Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. 

    Every time my family and I visit Disney Springs, we make sure to grab the Walt Disney World Water Transportation over to Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter to the Scat Cat's Club - Cafe for the famous Mickey-shaped beignets. The fluffy friend dough topped with pixie dust...I mean, powdered sugar are one of my all time favorite treats in all of Walt Disney World Resort! Grab some coffee and explore the stunning property while you're there!
