Hi, I will be travelling alone on the Fantasy with my 3 year old son and soon to be 5 year old daughter at the end of this month. If both are asleep when I pick up from the kids club, would I get help to get them back to our cabin??

    Hi Sabrina!
Thanks for stopping by with your question!

I know you must be getting excited about your upcoming vacation on the beautiful Disney Fantasy! You and your kids are in for an amazing voyage with Captain Mickey and his crew.

I'm happy to hear you'll be taking advantage of the incredible Youth Clubs on the ship. The Oceaneer Club is an awesome space for kids ages 3-12. Highly-trained Youth Counselors will be on hand to entertain and engage your children with fun games and activities, giving you time to explore the ship on your own. My kids LOVE visiting the clubs. We've had wonderful experiences with each one - from It's a Small World Nursery to Vibe, the teen club!

If you're concerned about how to get your little sleepy ones back to your stateroom, you may want to consider bringing a folding umbrella stroller. The strollers, when folded, are easily stored in your stateroom and will give your sleepyheads a simple transition from the club to their beds! You might be surprised how long they'll stay awake - my youngest daughter goes on "vacation mode" when she visits the club and rarely falls asleep before midnight! On the rare occasion we've gone to pick her up and she was sleeping, we were able to wake her long enough to shuffle sleepily to our room and fall into bed. (You can always drop them off in comfy clothes they can sleep in!) Due to the staff/child ratio in the Youth Clubs, the counselors would more than likely not be able to leave the area to help you back to your stateroom with your children if they're sleeping. That being said, you're always welcome to ask!

I hope this helps with your planning. Wishing you and your family a fabulous Disney Cruise Line vacation and memories to last a lifetime! - Diane W.
