    Traveling w/ 5yr old daughter.I will need to put my daughter in one of the deluxe hotels childcare so I can shop for her X-mas.Rec?Wanted to shop at MK but MVMCP is on same nite I want to shop. Will DD shopping have most of the same items? Love panel!!

    The World of Disney at Downtown Disney has huge selection of Disney merchandise. Did I say huge? Let me make that huuuuuuuuuuuge. You can find much of the merchandise here that you will in the theme parks, but not absolutely everything. Each of the theme parks and each of the resorts do have some site specific merchandise. For example, you'll find Grand Floridian sweatshirts only at the Grand Floridian and you'll find Tower of Terror merchandise (other than pins) only at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    So, if your daughter is a Small World fan and you want to get her a Small World gift, you should try to secretly get it while you're in the Magic Kingdom. If you want general Disney merchandise, you'll find more than you ever wanted at Downtown Disney. If you did want to shop in a theme park, the next largest selection of merchandise after the Emporium in the Magic Kingdom and the World of Disney at Downtown Disney would be Mouse Gear at Epcot. You'll find lots to choose from there as well.
