Hi Heather,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for joining us with your question.
I've traveled to the Walt Disney World Resort with little ones of all ages and baby-wearing can make a visit more enjoyable for everyone. There is no straight answer for your question, as each attraction has different safety requirements. The Cast Member that is providing assistance at the entrance of each attraction queue can answer your questions regarding whether or not baby-wearing is permitted. I would expect on an attractions like
it's a small world, it would not be an issue. However, on
Peter Pan's Flight, you may be asked to hold your child on your lap due to the safety bars that are utilized on this ride to ensure everyone returns safely from Neverland.
Heather, while I have your attention, I'd like to also let you know about the amazing
Baby Care Centers located within each theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort. These were a life saver for me when my children were little. Just off the beaten path, you can nurse or bottle-feed in air-conditioned comfort in a rocking chair, feed your child in high-chairs and have wonderful, oversized changing tables that can accommodate the squirmiest of babies. The Baby Care Centers also have a stock of items available for purchase for anything you may have forgotten at home or at your resort.
Lastly, just a quick reminder to ensure that your
stroller meets the guidelines prior to your arrival, especially if you're bringing your stroller from home. I do recommend making your stroller stand out, as many strollers located in the various stroller parking areas look alike. It's convenient to have a bright ribbon or something tied to make your stroller easily found.
Heather, wishing you and your family a wonderful, magical vacation! Please come visit us again if you have any additional questions.
Best Wishes,
Amy S.
