We will be traveling to WDW in November for our Grandkids first trip. We have a specific question re Soarin'. Do you know if it's possible to wear a toddler, under 2, in a front or hip carry? He would love the ride but doesn't meet the height requirement.

    Hi Niki,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Soarin' is one of my favorite attractions at Epcot. Unfortunately, all Guests who wish to ride Soarin' must meet the 40" height requirement. This is for the safety of all Guests and I am afraid it cannot be altered. I remember how excited my oldest son was when he reached 40 inches. A whole new Walt Disney World opened up to him, with more attractions he had been looking forward to experiencing.

I hope your grandson enjoys the many other attractions at Epcot and throughout the Walt Disney World Resort for his age and height. If you have not yet discovered the special section of WaltDisneyWorld.com dedicated to families Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones, be sure to click the link and check it out. The wonderful folks at Disney have made planning a Walt Disney World vacation with small children even easier. On this page you can discover tips for visiting with little ones, and even download the Preschool Parent's Guide to Walt Disney World Resort. I highly recommend checking it all out.

Please let me know if I can answer any other questions before your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World.

    Have a magical day!
