I will be traveling to WDW in Nov 08. I have young children with severe food allergies, and wanted to know where would be a good place to stay that will have a small kitchen so I can prepare some of their food. Which one of your moderate hotels can?

Villa-type rooms at the Disney Vacation Club resorts have full kitchens. None of the moderate level hotels have rooms with kitchens. If you're looking to economize a bit more than the Villa rates, a good choice might be the family suites at the All Star Music resort. These have a bit more space than a regular room, as well as a refrigerator and a microwave.
