Hi Erika! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Your trip is coming up so soon! Are you too excited to sleep?? I'm sure you and your family will have a wonderful time. I just took a peek at the weather forecast for Orlando, and it looks like the weather will be perfect for your trip.
So let's talk about sleeping arrangements for your stay at
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. If you haven't already, you may request a Pack 'n Play for your infant to sleep in. You can also request bed rails for your preschooler if you like. Since rooms at Disney's All-Star Resort have 2 Double Beds, when my children were small my husband and I would usually each bunk with a child. (They take up less space in the bed!) We were always pretty worn out from all the fun we had and everyone was snoozing soundly in minutes!
As far as dining, children under 3 years of age may "share from your plate" when dining at
buffet or family-style locations. You won't actually need to share a plate - you are welcome to fill up a plate so your child can have their own, and your server will bring them a beverage as well.
I can't recommend the
Baby Care Centers found in each theme park enough! These wonderful places offer a cool, quiet respite from the parks and are perfect for feeding or changing your little one. There is a semi-private nursing area and also space for the family to relax. You'll also find a small shop with baby essentials like formula, diapers, and wipes.
