We will be traveling to WDW in May with 18 mo old twins. We were hoping to stay at a value resort but I saw in other posts that fire code doesn't allow 2 pack n plays. Is this true for moderate resorts as well? Are rooms big enough at either to hold 2?

Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Heidi!  We're glad you're hEAR!  I am also a mom of twins and took my boys to Walt Disney World for the first time when they were 18 months as well!  We stayed at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort on that first trip with the twins and definitely felt like the space was adequate with two pack 'n plays. I called Disney Reservations to verify my information and the cast member I spoke with confirmed that you will be able to stay in any Disney Value or Moderate Resort with two pack 'n plays. The cast member assured me that both Resort types will accommodate the two pack 'n plays comfortably. Honestly, I do think you will find the rooms at the Moderate Resorts to feel a little more spacious as they are approximately 54 square feet larger than that of the Value Resorts. Disney's Coronado Springs Resort also has double doors separating the bedroom area from the Vanity Area. This is a great feature allowing the grown-ups to get ready in the mornings without waking the children. I would recommend visiting the unofficial website allears.net to view the fact sheet and photo galleries of all the Disney Resorts.  I have often used this site to help me decide on a Disney Resort for our vacations. If you do decide to stay at a Disney Value Resort, I would recommend Disney's Pop Century Resort.  Disney's Pop Century Resort does not share bus transportation with any other Disney Resort.  Disney's Art of Animation Resort, the newest Value Resort, will be opening in May and will also have its own dedicated bus transportation.  I hope this helps!  Please let me know if I can answer any other questions about traveling to Disney with multiples!  I would love to assist you in planning a Magical First Trip for your twins!
    Happy Planning,
