I will be traveling to WDW in February with my best friend! We have a shopping and relaxation day planned and have booked massages at Senses in the Grand Floridian. What would be a nice place to have lunch afterwards on property but outside the parks?

Hi Christy! That sounds like the perfect day! Personally, I would stay and enjoy the Grand Floridian Resort and all it has to offer. There are shops that you should definitely stop by and visit as well. The Grand Floridian Cafe has delicious food, including favourites like fish tacos, Cobb salad and a burger topped with lobster that is so so good!

You could also hop on the monorail and head over to the Contemporary Resort, where you can enjoy lunch at the Wave, where gourmet salads, sandwiches and a curry vegetable stew are just a few choices. And of course, more shops to enjoy while you're there. Or, stay on the monorail and get off at the Polynesian Resort, where the Kona Cafe has something for every taste, from sushi to Polynesian specialties.

If none of these choices appeal to you, then I recommend hopping on a bus from the Grand Floridian to Downtown Disney. Here, there are so many choices for you. Wolfgang Puck Express, Bongos Cuban Cafe, Raglan Road Irish Pub and Fulton's Crab House are just a few of my faves.

Happy dining Christy! Write back with any other questions!
