Traveling to WDW at the end of Oct but can't afford to go to MNSSHP, do the characters only dress up for Halloween during this party or on the days of during the day? If we're going to the park on the day of the party will we be asked to leave at 7pm?

    Hi Caren,

The characters do typically only wear their special Halloween costumes during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party, not during the regular day.

Beginning at 7:00 p.m. all guests will be asked to show a wristband that can only be obtained with a MNSSHP ticket. You will not be aggressively asked to leave the park, but you will not be allowed access into most of the park unless you have a wristband. The wristband checks are frequent.

You can see the Hallowishes fireworks presentation from many locations outside the park (from the beach at the Polynesian, for example) without having a party ticket.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
