Hi, Denise!
There are actually 5 levels of Disney Dining Plans, but the most popular by far are the
Quick-Service Dining Plan and the
"regular" Dining Plan. With 3-year-old twins, I can certainly understand your desire not to spend an extended amount of time seated at meals! You may want to consider the Quick-Service Dining Plan where each member of your party (including your twins) will receive dining credits for 2 quick-service meals and one snack per night of your resort stay. If, however, you would like to dine at table-service restaurants offering buffets or family-style dining, I would recommend the regular Dining Plan which includes one table-service meal, one quick-service meal and one snack per person per night of your stay. Both types of dining plans also include one resort refillable drink mug per person (for coffee, tea and soft drinks). Children ages 3 to 9 must choose from the kids' menu where available.
To view the table-service restaurants on the Dining Plan which offer buffets and family-style dining (there are at least 17 restaurants on this list!), just follow this link to the
online Walt Disney World Resort Dining page. You can also view individual restaurant menus which is a great tool for helping to narrow down your choices!
Wishing you a
magical vacation, Denise! Please be sure to visit us again with any additional dining or other planning questions.
