Hello, Katie! You pose an excellent question about visiting Walt Disney World with young children.
Each of the Disney Parks offers an assortment of
attractions and entertainment options for preschoolers, but in my experience, Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and Magic Kingdom Park are the two best options for visiting Walt Disney World with young children.
At Disney's Animal Kingdom Park, your little ones can watch the story of Nemo come to life at
Finding Nemo - The Musical. Children of all ages love to visit with the exotic animals that call this park home, and there are also many unique Disney Character meet 'n' greet locations scattered throughout the park.
Disney's Hollywood Studios offers several options for young children as well, like
Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure,
Disney Junior - Live on Stage! and even some fun meet 'n' greet opportunities with Disney Characters. I would like to mention that your children might appreciate this theme park more when they get a bit older and are able to experience more of the rides and entertainment options that are available.
Disney's Magic Kingdom Park is my 5-year old's favorite because of the wide variety of preschool-appropriate attractions. It's especially wonderful for young children because they can enjoy so many rides.
I'm sure you will have a wonderful time watching your children experience the magic of the Disney Parks, Katie! If I can help you with any other questions that you may have before your rip, please do not hesitate to contact the Moms Panel. Happy planning!
