I will be traveling to San Diego to sail on our first Disney cruise with a 1 and a 3 year old and wanted to know if I need a car seat for them to use ground transportation I booked with Disney.

Welcome to planDisney, Ai!  I'm glad that you sailed by as you get ready for your first Disney Cruise Line vacation.  There are so many things to look forward to, such as a jazz-filled evening while having dinner in Tiana's Place, singing along with your favorite characters during the live show Frozen, A Musical Spectacular, and splashing around with your kids in the AquaLab on the Disney Wonder

Transportation options will differ based on your arrival time and party size.  When you reserved your ground transportation, Disney Cruise Line reservation specialists would have had your kids' ages based on your cruise booking.   They will provide you and your family with transportation options in accordance with local laws.  If you would like to confirm, you can contact Disney Cruise Line directly and speak with a reservation specialist.

Ai, make sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The app will list all onboard activities once you are onboard and connected to the DCL-GUEST wireless network.  You will also find your rotational dining restaurant schedule, hours of operation for the pool areas, and the Pirate Night schedule.  If you have any other questions, come back to visit me and my planDisney pals for answers.  We are here to help!

    Adventure is out there!
