    We are traveling to a resort soon I am looking to have some snacks,wipes sunscreen and a few other things shipped via amazon prime is this possible

    Hi, Christine! You are welcome to have items shipped to your Disney Resort Hotel; however, there are a few key things of which I want you to be aware and I have some tips to share with you. When shipping from Amazon Prime, you will put the delivery address as that of your Disney Resort Hotel. You will need to add on to the address "Guest: (your name)" and the date of your arrival. Note that using Amazon Prime in this way will send your package through Mail Services and there will be a fee added to your guest folio. At this time, there is a per package fee of $6 for all items that go through Mail Services. This fee is subject to change at any time. I recommend you click the box when ordering that shows your preference for all items being shipped in as few packages as possible to keep the Mail Services fee at a minimum. In addition to this fee, you will also incur a Bell Services fee (also currently $6 total and subject to change) if they deliver the packages to your room. You can avoid this Bell Services fee by picking up your shipped packages at the Front Desk upon arrival.

    So, let's talk options. Amazon Prime customers have the option of using a branch of their service - Amazon Prime Now. This service partners with local drivers who will pick up your order and personally do a same-day delivery for you to Bell Services at your Disney Resort Hotel. This will help you avoid that Mail Services per package fee! You will only have the Bell Services fee if you choose to have them deliver your packages to your room. You can always pick the delivery up from Bell Services yourself for no additional fee. I have had great experiences with Amazon Prime Now, but note that you will need to wait until just before your trip begins to schedule delivery, as their stock constantly changes. There are other delivery services in the area, such as Instacart and Garden Grocer. They will deliver to Bell Services or you can schedule a time to meet them in your Disney Resort Hotel lobby.
