    hello. Am traveling to orlando in April. We are using tickets purchased in the uk. Will we be able to replace our park tickets if the worst nightmare happens and we loose them. What would your advice be.

    Hi Gerald -

    The advice for you is the same for any guest no matter where their tickets were purchased - make a copy of the back of your ticket and any bars codes or numbers on the ticket. You can do this any number of ways:

    - make a photocopy and keep it in your luggage
    - take a photo of the ticket with a regular camera and print it out
    - take a photo and keep it on your mobile phone

    As long as you have a copy of the information on the back of the ticket, the guest relations office at any of the Disney theme parks should be able to reissue you a new ticket based on your number of remaining days.
