Traveling in Oct with DH, DS (2) and DH's parents. Can't decide on the best week to go as far as crowd levels and weather. DH dad wants to drive down to Daytona 1 day and Biketober fest is in Oct. Schools have fall break in Oct. What week do ya'll think?

You really can't go wrong with any weekend in October! The crowds are typically lower, the weather is usually great AND you'll see some incredible Halloween decorations!

If I had to advise against any particular time in October, I might consider avoiding the first weekend which is the Wine & Dine Marathon weekend. While most of the crowds will be centered around running the race, some events like the Food & Wine Festival may be more crowded. It is also the first weekend of that festival, which typically draws fairly large attendance. However, if this is the weekend that works best for you, then go for it!

Hope this helps! Hope you have a great time at the World!
