We're traveling on the Magic this coming weekend. I worried about my 3 year old's sleeping arrangement & ended up getting a bed rail. I see there is an option to request this for the ship from their guest services now. Should we take ours (and pack it

Hi Kristen, I'm sorry to see that I missed your question when you first submitted it. I was on the Disney Magic enjoying a 6-night Western Caribbean cruise, and when I came back your question was waiting but you must already be off on the Magic yourself right now.

As you may have learned onboard, there are bed rails available on the ship, and requesting one for your child's bed is the easiest thing to do. No having to travel with your own, and you can be sure that the provided rails fit the bed perfectly. Your stateroom host or hostess will come and set that up for you, even if you decide a few days into the cruise that you need one.

Disney certainly does their best to make travel with little ones as easy as possible.

I hope you enjoyed the Magic. You and I must have crossed paths as I disembarked on Friday and you were waiting to board on Friday. Hopefully you re-booked for a future cruise while you were onboard. Please feel free to stop back to the Moms Panel with any future questions, Kristen!
