Ahoy there, Diana, and welcome to planDisney!
How exciting to sail away on
Disney Cruise Line with a large group! Making plans for so many people can be an undertaking, so I'm happy to help.
If your reservations are linked, you should be able to book
Port Adventures for your party by logging into
My Reservations and then selecting the day you would like to book the adventure, followed by Add Activities. You should be able to add each Guest to the plans by checking the box next to their name. If you don't see all the Guests in your party, I recommend
calling Disney Cruise Line and asking a Cast Member to confirm that your reservations are linked properly. I'm certain they will be able to assist you.
Remember, everyone must have paid for their cruise in full and you must be within the booking windows coinciding with the highest
Castaway Club level of the Guests in each stateroom. For instance, if one stateroom has a Guest who is a Platinum Castaway Club member but all the other rooms have Guests who are Silver Castaway Club members, you will need to wait until the Silver booking window opens to secure the reservation for everyone. Once everyone is properly linked, you will be able to book onboard activities, such as special Character experiences, adult-exclusive dining, and my favorite activity,
Beverage Tasting seminars.
Be sure to have everyone download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app so individuals can keep up with the daily events and activities and you won't need to remind them!
Please let us know if you have other questions, Diana; we are happy to help!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
