Ahoy Kristie,
You are making an excellent choice in planning to dine at
Remy. I enjoyed a Champagne Brunch there a few years ago, and the meal is still one of the best I have ever experienced. Not only were the plates beautifully prepared and presented, but the restaurant decor, views, and service were truly out of this world. We opted to add a Champagne pairing to our brunch and I'm still dreaming of those delicate bubbles complemented by the exquisite ocean views.
Reservations for Remy will be available for booking beginning 75 days in advance of sailing for first-time cruisers. If you are a returning guest with
Castaway Club Membership you can book 90 days in advance as a Silver member, 105 days prior to sailing as a Gold member, and 120 days in advance as a Platinum member. Reservations open for Concierge Guests 130 days in advance of sailing. I'd recommend signing in to your
My Disney Cruise account and confirming the date under the "My Reservations" section. Mark your calendar and plan to book as soon as you are within your window as reservations typically book up quickly.
If you are traveling with friends and would like to dine together each night of your sailing you'll need to link your reservations. You can do this by logging in, navigating to "My Reservations" and then clicking the drop-down box with your reservation number to select "Add Reservations." Once there, you'll input the Confirmation Number as well as the last name and date of birth of a guest in the other Stateroom.
Once linked, the dining team will know to seat you together for your
Rotational dining assignments, and you'll be able to reserve Port Adventures and special experiences like Remy together as well. Both Staterooms will need to be within the booking window in order to book Remy reservations online as part of a linked reservation. Keep in mind that when you add reservations you'll be able to see the other Stateroom's travel details like planned activities, as well as balance and payment information. If your friends link your reservation via your Confirmation Number they will be able to view the same details for your Stateroom. If you don't want this information shared then I'd avoid linking the reservations.
In that case, or if you decide you don't want to dine at the same table together each evening you can
call Disney Cruise Line for additional assistance. A Cast Member will need to search for reservations to ensure a table of 4 is available for your party, as the online reservation system can only search for tables large enough for the number of adults on your reservation.
Remy is reserved exclusively for guests over the age of 18 and has a few
additional policies you may want to review. The seasonal menu is sure to dazzle you and I know you'll be captivated from the very first sip of your complimentary Champagne cocktail aptly named "Collette." I'm crossing my fingers you'll be able to experience this beautiful restaurant on your June sailing. If you aren't able to secure a reservation when your booking window first opens, don't give up! Continue to check for availability in the weeks leading up to your sailing or stop by
Guest Services Desk when you board the ship. Guests' plans change all the time and you may be surprised by last-minute availability.
Bon Voyage,
Amy
