Ahoy, Michelle!
I'm delighted to hear you have taken the plunge and booked your first Disney Cruise! It won't be long now before you are enjoying all the
Disney Magic has to offer! You'll create special shared memories with your family as well as with the beloved Disney Characters onboard! On our first sailing, I realized quickly that Disney Cruise Line makes
traveling with little ones very easy! Since both my kids were under the age of five on that cruise, we had two strollers while onboard. We didn't bring our double stroller because it was much easier to maneuver one stroller around the ship especially in the hallways. We brought one small umbrella stroller from home and borrowed one from Guest Services for free. The strollers are first-come, first-served and require a refundable deposit, but we had no trouble reserving one on the first afternoon. Once the stroller is returned, the deposit amount will be taken off your stateroom account. I'm sure you will be able to rent two if available because I've only seen single strollers available both on the ship and on
Castaway Cay. On the island, there is a generous supply of strollers and wagons located at the Scuttle's Cove Tram Stop, which is the first drop-off. The three-wheeled strollers ride smoothly and fold up nicely so it can be stored in your stateroom. I've stored strollers under the bed, in the closet and in the bathtub!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michelle! Please let us know if we can assist you further with your plans.
Have a magical day!
