Welcome aboard, Carrie! My family and I love sailing with Disney anytime, but some of our very favorite cruises have been the
Very Merrytime voyages we have experienced! From the moment you board the ship and take in the grand Christmas tree that ascends all three decks of the atrium to the life-sized gingerbread house, and all of the holiday activities that are offered, you're in for so many magical moments!
You asked about Pirate Night and Star Wars Day at Sea. Star Wars Day at Sea is not offered on all of the Fantasy's sailings, but only a few select cruises in the early part of the year, so your cruise will not include the Star Wars Day at Sea. However,
Pirate Night is offered on all of the Fantasy's sailings, including the Very Merrytime cruises. It is one of my family's favorite nights onboard! Be sure to pack some pirate costumes or accessories to wear, as guests go wild with pirate gear to join in on the festivities. From dinner on, everything is pirate-themed that night, including a delicious pirate menu at dinner, activities and events of the swashbuckling sort, and a Pirate Deck Party capped off with the Buccaneer Blast Fireworks at sea like only Disney can do! You're going to love all the fun that night! You might consider booking a pirate makeover for your kiddos when the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique transforms into Pirates League that night. My son had the time of his life being madeover into Captain Jack Sparrow on the Fantasy! Check out the packages that are offered, and be sure to book as soon as your online check-in window opens at 75 days prior to sailing, as these are popular and times book up quickly!
Happy planning, Carrie!
