    We will be traveling as a family of 5. Our children will at the time of travel be 5, 8 and 2. I was wondering are there any rides for the whole family (besides magic carpet ride)

    Hi Wade,

    Walt Disney founded the Walt Disney theme parks for families. He wanted the family to be together and enjoy all the fun together. This is why you will not find as many "thrill" rides as other action parks.

    As long as there are no safety concerns, you all should be able to ride the attractions together. You might have to split into two cars but there are so many rides which can fit you all that I do not think this will be a problem.

    If you or your wife want to ride the big rides, use the Rider Swap program. This allows you to wait one time to enjoy Space Mountain or Rockin' Rollercoaster.

    Now there are some rides such as Toy Story Mania or Buzz Lightyear that are interactive and everyone will want in on the fun. You may have to ride in two cars so that you can play the games at each.
