    We will be traveling to the eastern Caribbean in May and have booked the tortola dolphin encounter. I am wondering if anyone has gone on this excursion and if it is worth the money? Our girls will be 8 and 5 when we travel.

    Great to hear from you again!  A dolphin excursion is on my" to do" list because of the wonderful reviews I've heard from friends and family.  The Tortola Dolphin Encounter is not a swim but more of a "meet & greet' in waist level water.  If you think a swim would be something your girls would enjoy more, you may be able to upgrade at the facility.  Although the experience isn't very long, I've heard it is worth every penny!

    But with that being said, this Port Adventure is a full-day with a bus tour, boat ride, customs stop, lunch and the actual encounter.  You know your princesses best, and you will want to consider the eight hour time frame in your final decision.
