I will be traveling to DW in Feb. We will be spending 2-3 days in the park. I will be traveling with my 3 girls:20yrs, 8yrs & 7yrs and my Boys:3yrs & 7wks. Do you think purchasing the dining plan would be a good option for us and will it please eve

    Hi LaRonda,

Hooray for the Walt Disney World Resorts in February! For all of times I have been to Disney, this is the one month I have not visited. However to visit the Sunshine State in February, it would be a treat!

The Disney Dining Plan is a great way to pre-pay for your dining prior to arriving on vacation. The plan is a good deal for families with children under 9 who like eating from the children's menu. It is also a good deal if you like fine dining or have big eaters as there is a lot of food.

If your children are good with the children's menu, I would recommend the basic Disney Dining Plan. This would allow you one table service meal, one counter service meal and a snack per person each day. I generally find this to be more than enough food for my family.

The Quick Service option is fine if you are always on the go. The Deluxe Dining option is good if you are going to visit Signature restaurants, do multiple character meals or a dinner show.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
    Beth
