I am traveling to Disneyland and DCA on April 15, 2019 for the week. Do you know if the Egg-stravaganza is returning for 2019? Also do you know if the Disney bunnies/rabbits & the Easter Bunny will be around for character meet and greets?

    Hi Rebecca!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. With Easter being rather late this year, April 21, 2019, we are still eagerly awaiting more information on the festivities that will happen at the Disneyland Resort!

While it hasn't been confirmed whether Egg-stravaganza will return to Disneyland Resort, it has become a treasured tradition, so I'd certainly keep an eye out on the Disney Parks Blog for more information to come! In past years, Egg-stravaganza usually starts about two weeks or so before Easter and you'll see the arrival of the Easter Bunny and some of his hopping little friends about a week or so in advance. These things can change from year to year, so please just keep your rabbit ear out for what will happen in 2019. Last years announcement came out about 2 weeks before Egg-stravaganza began so it could hopefully be any day now!

Please let us know if you have any other questions in planning your upcoming visit Happiest Hoppiest Place on Earth!
