We will be traveling to Disneyland and California Adventure for the first time in June. My seven year old is allergic to eggs, peanuts and legumes. Where can I find what meals / snacks will be safe for him so we can plan best places to eat. Thanks!

Welcome Melissa to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited for your upcoming trip this June to The Happiest Place on Earth. The Disneyland Resort chefs will go above and beyond to help Guests with their dietary needs for the best experience possible; the chefs are very sensitive to food allergies.

The Disneyland Resort Food & Beverage team is committed to offering a wide range of choices to accommodate Guests with food allergies or intolerances. When making your reservations, you should inform the Cast Member of the dietary needs of your child.

I would suggest calling Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE in advance, they can give you thorough information. They may be able to give you a list to help with planning meals and snacks.

I hope this helps and that you have a pixie-dusted visit. If you have any more questions, please write me back and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Wishing you magic!
