Traveling to Disney World SOON (!!!). Grandkids a bit too big for the strollers, but still have gear to tote. Are we allowed to bring into the parks a small pullable tote on wheels to hold water bottles, raincoats, etc.?

Hi, Norma! According to the Theme Parks: Frequently Asked Questions webpage, you cannot bring some wheeled items into the parks.  The link I provided gives a comprehensive list of items that cannot be brought into the theme parks.  When the link's window first opens, you may have to scroll down to find the information. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
