    I will be traveling to the Disney World soon, and would like to be able to buy some stuff online and have it shipped to my hotel room. Do hotels allow this?

    Hi Mauro!

    Many guests take advantage of the ability to ship items to their resort in order to minimize luggage load, and having to make frequent grocery store visits.  Having shipped items to my resort, I will say that Disney guest services is amazing and they are very diligent about making sure your package is handled carefully.

    When opting to ship to your resort, make sure that the shipper is able to clearly mark the package with your name, resort of stay, arrival date and correct resort address.  In this way, bell services will be able to hold your package for you until your arrive. Also, be sure to have your items shipped no early than seven days prior to your stay.  This is also recommended so that bell services will have ease when trying to identify your package.  Once you've arrived at your resort, you can head to bell services or guest services, and inform them that you should have a package waiting.  They will be more than happy to locate it for you and either hand it to you, or take it to your room.  All in all, a very cost effective way to get must-have items to you.
