I will be traveling to Disney World in March of 2009... I'd like to have dinner at the California Grill and enjoy the fireworks. Whats the best time to make a reservation for dinner?

    Hi Kate,

Eating dinner at the California Grill during the fireworks is one of my favorite experiences! I would love to do it again!

I would look at the schedule for the fireworks during your trip and then book you dinner about 30 to 60 minutes prior to the show. The cool thing about eating during the fireworks is that if any part of your meal is do to come out during the fireworks, the chefs and servers adjust the service so your food is not sitting at the table while you are on the balcolny (if you choose-pick this!) to watch the display.

In addition, the music is piped in, and it is a magical feeling. You can sit at your table an watch too but ask for the window seat.

    Enjoy!
