Salutations, Serena.
Welcome to planDisney! With your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation just mere weeks away, I bet you're feeling a bit like Rapunzel wondering when will your trip begin. I'm no Fairy Godmother, but I would be honored to give you some ideas to plan the best days ever for your family's upcoming trip.
I think it's safe to say that most 6-year old and 8-year old girls want to
be where the Disney Princesses are, and Magic Kingdom Park has ample opportunities for them to be a part of your world. Life is the bubbles in
Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid, a can't-miss attraction that takes you on a journey with Ariel herself! A Royal Princess Processional, where a host of Disney Princesses promenade through the park on a shimmering castle float, occurs several times throughout the day. The
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade returns in early March, so be sure to catch this fun kaleidoscope of color and characters as well. You can view the times for the processional and parade in your My Disney Experience App. Of course you also have to meet and snap a picture with
visiting Disney Princesses at Princess Fairytale Hall and "see the light," or in this case fireworks, in
Disney Enchantment.
Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, you can't miss having oodles of fun in
Toy Story Land. Your girls will also enjoy
For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration and giving Olaf a warm air-hug when they
meet their favorite snowman pal. For further Frozen fun, take a voyage to Arendelle on
Frozen Ever After in EPCOT. Be sure to take a
Journey Into Imagination With Figment while you're in EPCOT as well for a whimsical tour and interactive fun your girls will love. They can even meet some of their favorite Wreck-It Ralph and Inside Out characters when they exit their tour of the Imagination Institute.
After a day of fun, you'll want to take your dinglehopper and dine on delicious food. Why not make dinner an adventure in the great, wide somewhere too? You could dine in Beast's castle and greet him from your table at
Be Our Guest Restaurant or you could dine inside Cinderella Castle at
Cinderella's Royal Table, both located in Magic Kingdom Park. If your girls prefer whistling while they work on their dinner, you could instead dine at
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
Serena, if further questions arise as you wait for the clock to strike midnight on the countdown to your magical vacation, be sure to stop back by planDisney. We'd be happy to help!
Chase the wind and touch the sky,
Alyssa
