Hi there, Stephanie!
You sound like a woman after my own heart. It may come as no surprise to you that I am the Type-A planner of our group. Because planning is my happy place, I tend to do most of the vacation planning for our group.
Stephanie, what you will want to do is to have your friend make her own
My Disney Experience account. Once you connect to her through your
Family & Friends List, you will be able to assign her tickets to her My Disney Experience profile.
While you can still do the planning, if your friend has her own My Disney Experience account she can download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and do all of her own
mobile ordering.
Stephanie, when you complete your
online resort check-in, you will need to supply a credit card. You can then select if you would like to use this credit card for charges to your
MagicBand. Once you arrive, simply head to the front desk of your
resort hotel and ask the friendly Cast Members to add a credit card to your friend's MagicBand. I have used this in the past when traveling with family and it has worked perfectly, but I would still advise that you check your invoices on your last day. The front desk will be able to make any adjustments that you need.
Have a fabulous friend-cation, Stephanie!
