Hello! I am going to be traveling to Disney World for the first time this March! I want to bring a backpack, but I wanted to know if the size of it is acceptable. The dimensions are 550 x 330 x 200 mm. Thank you so much :)

Howdy, John, and welcome to planDisney! First-time visits are THE BEST, and I am so excited for you. I'd love to see your face when you walk down Main Street, USA, in Magic Kingdom Park. Cinderella Castle is a sight to behold, and you can only see it for the first time once. I'm getting chills just thinking about it!

I have a confession to make, John. Math is not my thing! I had to do a little conversion in my head to determine if your backpack would meet the requirements, and I'm happy to report that it will! If you trust my math skills, that is. If I did my conversion correctly, your backpack size is 22x13x8 inches. According to Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, backpacks must be smaller than 24x15x18 inches. It looks like you're good to go! Just like Heffalumps and Woozles, backpacks come in every shape and size, size, size!

John, it looks like you're going to be visiting during one of Walt Disney World's must-do springtime traditions, the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. In addition to the breathtaking topiaries and displays throughout the park, there will be special food offerings and activities. My personal favorite is the Garden Rocks Concert Series! Keep an eye on the official website for details and performances.

I'd love to help with any other planning questions you might have, John, so feel free to stop back by anytime! Well, unless it's mathy. *wink*

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
