    Hi! Traveling to Disney in just 7 DAYS (woo!) for my Bachelorette. We have Trader Sam's on our list - and I was hoping to hear specifically which drinks cause any sort of "reaction" or have special presentation/effects when ordered? :)

    Aloha, Abby! Let me first say congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! I'm wishing you the most magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort to celebrate.

    Now, you've asked a very interesting question about Trader Sam's Grog Grotto. This tropical hideaway is a true hidden gem filled with enchanting libations and mysterious surroundings, perfect for adventurers! I don't want to ruin any surprises, but I can tell you which drinks I would personally order... for secret reasons. (wink, wink!)

    • I'd highly recommend the Krakatoa Punch. Every sip will absolutely erupt with flavor!
    • The Uh-Oa is highly entertaining... you know, for your tastebuds. Trust me when I say that it can't be missed!
    • The Nautilus is big enough to share, without going overboard. 
    • You'll love how the HippopotoMai-Tai features two shots of rum! 
    • The Zombie will creep you out with how good it tastes. 
    • The Polynesian Pearl is delicious and fun, perfect for someone looking for something a little more subtle.
    Abby, pick the drinks that sound the best to you without worrying too much about ordering everything. Since the other Guests at Trader Sam's Grog Grotto will also be ordering drinks, chances are good that you'll get the full effect of this tiki bar during your time there! Also, while Trader Sam's Grog Grotto officially opens at 3:00 PM, Cast Members typically start taking names about 30 minutes prior to opening. No matter when you visit, be sure that you leave enough time to put your name on the list and wait to be called. Then, your adventure begins!
