    Hi traveling in 17 days on 9/12/09 to Pop Century, my wife had knee surgery i need help on how to requesting building and room close to lobby,pool, bus locations. Traveling with 2 children also, love WDW, 3rd time in 3 years but 1st time at Pop Century!

    Hi Kevin,

    I can think of two ways to help you get your request in. The first would be to call the hotel and ask for the manager in charge of booking rooms. This manager will be actually assigning rooms and Pop Century should have an idea what rooms will be available for your stay. The hotel's phone number is 407-938-4000.

    The other option is to check in online. By checking in online ahead of time, you can add this information in your room request.

    I have made requests for rooms based on my needs on various trips and I have not had them granted.

    Remember you can rent a wheelchair or ECV for your trip as well.
