We will be traveling with my 2 children this september. My son is under 40 inch and my Daught is just at 40 inch. Are we going to have to measure them at each ride or is there one height check when you enter the park?

    Hi Mary,

Most of the rides at Walt Disney World have no height requirement. You'll be able to walk onto those with no issue at all. For the few rides at Walt Disney World that do have height requirements, yes, your children will have to be measured at each attraction. There is no central height measuring station. It's really not a big deal at all and only takes a few seconds at each spot.

If you'd like to see photos of the height measurement stands, head on over to the independent website blog.touringplans.com. Search there for an article called, "The Ups and Downs of Height Requirements at Walt Disney World,"

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
