    We are traveling from Canada and used the Canadian resident offer to purchase our park tickets. When we receive our magic bands at resort check in, can we use the guest relations in Disney Springs to show our Canadian IDs and have our tickets activated?

    Hi Heather!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I'm glad to hear that you were able to take advantage of the special ticket offer for Canadian residents for your upcoming trip.  I'm thinking you might like to take care of activating your tickets on your arrival day so you will be able to dive right in to all the fun bright and early on your first park day.  I'm the same way!

    You are correct; your tickets will need to be activated at any Guest Relations location prior to being used for park entry.  Please be sure to bring your exchange certificates or proof of purchase and proof of Canadian residency.  You will find Guest Relations at the entrance to all theme parks and at Disney Springs.

    The Disney Springs Welcome Center provides general Guest assistance and handles many types of concerns, however the new Disney Ticket Center located nearby handles ticket sales and activation, ticket upgrades, and other ticketing concerns.  If you would like to activate your tickets at Disney Springs, this is where you will go.
