We're traveling with my brother-in-law and his family, they are not planning on purchasing the meal plan, but our family is. If we take our niece with our kids to dine at CRT, can we deduct extra credits from one of our cards to pay for her meal, too?

Unfortunately not. Dining plan credit may only be used by the person who actually purchased them. It is not possible to transfer credits to another member of your party who is not on the plan. However, your neice is still welcome to dine with you. Simply tell your server at the beginning of your meal how many people at your table are on the Plan and how many are not. At the end of the meal, you will be presented with a bill for those people who are not on the plan. This means that you will be paying with credits for your meal, but with money for your niece's meal, but you can all dine together.
