We will be traveling there in April. My daughter will not be 3 until June. I noticed for a lot of the girls' activities they need to be 3. Any suggestions of other activities for those right under 3?

I have three daughters and I've experienced how difficult that 'not-quite-old-enough' age can be!  Along the way though I did discover a couple of other fun things you could try instead.

First I would recommend the Afternoon Tea in the Garden View Lounge at the Grand Floridian.  The resort itself is beautiful, as is the restaurant, and the tea is very elegant and lovely.  Your daughter could choose the Mrs. Potts tea, especially for the younger set.  It includes kid-friendly tea sandwiches like peanut butter & jelly, ham, and others, Mad Hatter tea (chocolate milk), and choice of two pastries.  It's a great way for her to play grown up for an afternoon.  I also suggest bringing along a princess dress, as there are great photo opps at the Grand Floridian.  There is a beautiful carriage outside that she could sit in for a a picture too, and the cast members give visiting princesses a lot of attention.  :)

Your daughter is too young for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, but a nice alternative would be the Main Street Barber Shop.  They would be happy to create a special princess 'do for your daughter, and at a considerably lower price (added bonus!)  The only caveat is that they do not accept reservations, so there may be a wait involved.  Try to get there right at opening for a shorter wait.

I hope you and your princess have a wonderful visit!
