    We are traveling with an almost 2 yr old in a few days and don't know exactly how to pack. We are coming from Minnesota where it is cold and snowy so I am really wondering what the weather is like at this time of year. What type of clothes will we need?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As a father of three kids under the age of seven, I know all too well the packing challenges that come with traveling with children. After a quick glance at the ten day forecast, it looks like you will have great weather when you arrive in Florida from Minnesota. With a high of 64° on Thursday, you should be fine in pants and short or long-sleeved tees. The best part is the predicted 0% chance of rain Thursday through Saturday! As a frequent visitor to the Walt Disney World Resort, I can't tell you the number of downpours I have been caught in. Of course, even getting rained on at Walt Disney World can be magical. We tend to pack a variety of clothing options for ourselves and the children. As I mentioned, pants or jeans would be good for everyone, as well as T-shirts or long-sleeved tees. I would suggest lightweight jackets or sweaters as well, as the predicted low temperatures will make the evenings rather cool. And tennis shoes are a must as you will be doing a lot of walking around the parks. I hope you and your family have a wonderful visit!
