If we travel to wdw mid to end of November are the pools open? My little guys love to swim and would be bummed out if they have no where to splash around.

    Hi Beth,

All the pools at Walt Disney World are open year round, no matter what the temperature is. The only time the pools are closed is when there is lightning nearby or extreme wind/rain like during a hurricane.

My kids and I have been swimming at the Disney pools in November many times and had a blast. Even if it's a bit chilly up on shore, the pools are always heated to a uniform 83 degrees, which is perfect for a swim.

    Enjoy!
