    How do I travel with a scooter from the Contemporary to Animal Kingdom?

    Barbara,

    Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

    I am assuming that you are traveling around on an ECV (Electric Conveyance Vehicle). Disney makes exploring their varied worlds in an ECV or similar mobility vehicle like other scooters easy and convenient for both you and the rest of your traveling party.

    To get from Disney's Contemporary Resort to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney provides a bus service. These buses are designed for you to board and then lock down as many as 2 to 3 ECV or similar vehicles on each bus. The bus driver will board you first, lowering the bus closer to the curb and then dropping a ramp that lets you ride right onto the center section of the bus. They will lock down your vehicle, for safety, and then your traveling party and other guests can join you on the bus. Unloading is as easy, and fast, as the loading process. Then you are off to your exotic adventures!

    BONUS TIP
    The Disney boat transportation, the Monorail, and the Disney Skyliner all are also ECV-friendly. In most all cases you can simply ride on, and Disney then whisks you off to your park or resort destination.
