Hiya, Jim, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! You'll be arriving for your
Walt Disney World Resort visit before you can say, "See ya real soon!" And bringing along a little one adds an extra spark of magic to any trip, so let's see what amenities you'll have access to at your Disney Resort Hotel.
I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who said booster seats are not available to request, but you can ask for a high chair for your little prince or princess. You can also ask for a step stool to help little legs reach sinks and beds, bed rails for safety, and even various toddler beds and playpens. You can make those requests by calling
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations or
Housekeeping Service from your room as soon as you are assigned a room number.
My tip is to wait and see your room layout before you make any requests. A quick search of online photos shows that most two-bedroom villas have a dining area where one side offers a padded bench for seating. I don't think you'll even need a booster seat with that arrangement.
Please remember that room layout can vary, and requests for special equipment aren't guaranteed. But I'm waving my magic wand so you'll have all the comforts of home while at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
One of planDisney's specialties is offering tips for park visits with children, so your family might enjoy
checking out other panelists' tips. The memories you make will be sparkling treasures for years to come!
Jim, have a wonderful time with your toddler, and please come back anytime!
planDisney is here for you.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
