Welcome to planDisney, Maria! Thanks so much for swinging by with your question today. It sounds like you have a magical trip planned with your little ones next week, how exciting! I'm happy to let you know about some of the details of
Lightning Lane Premier Pass and exactly how you can use it on your upcoming vacation.
When it comes to Lightning Lane Premier Pass, each person who wants to ride must have their own pass, so unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to buy just one and take turns. Once a Lightning Lane is scanned and used, it is linked to the person who rode, so it cannot be shared or transferred.
But don't worry, there's still a great option for you! Since you're traveling with little ones, you can take advantage of
Rider Switch on select attractions. This allows one adult to ride while the other waits with the kids, and then you can switch and the second adult can go through the Lightning Lane so you don't have to wait twice! Just let a Cast Member know you want to use Rider Switch at the entrance of an attraction and they'll guide you through the process.
One more great tip: try to prioritize attractions that your whole family can enjoy together! While Rider Switch is a fantastic option for bigger thrills, there are so many wonderful rides and experiences that your little ones can join in on too, like
Peter Pan's Flight,
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, or
Na'vi River Journey. This way, you can all make magical memories together without needing to split up too often.
Have a magical day, Maria!
