Hello! Is there any way to travel from Disney Art of Animation to Hollywood Studios and Epcot without using the skyliner? I'm afraid of heights. Thank you!

    Hiya Sandra,

Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your transportation question! I see you’ll be arriving in December—what a practically perfect time to visit. The parks are dressed in their holiday best, Cinderella Castle twinkles like it’s straight out of a fairy tale, and Main Street smells like sugar cookies and pixie dust. Honestly, Disney World during the holidays is icing on the gingerbread house!

Now, let’s hop aboard your question.  No worries at all about the Skyliner—no one will force you to soar to infinity and beyond! You’ll be happy to know that complimentary bus transportation runs from the Art of Animation Resort to both EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. The bus stop is conveniently located just outside Animation Hall (the hub where the magic begins at the resort).

Here’s a handy tip: Once you’ve checked in, open your My Disney Experience app, tap “Future Plans,” select your resort reservation, and then “See Bus Times.” It’s like having your own fairy godmother keeping track of when your pumpkin—er, bus—will arrive!

Since you’ll be visiting during the holidays, I highly recommend adding EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays to your plans. Around World Showcase, you can savor seasonal flavors at the Holiday Kitchens (a feast even Lumière would approve of), watch the breathtaking Candlelight Processional, and meet holiday storytellers who sprinkle cultural magic from around the globe. And don’t miss the Holiday Cookie Stroll—because nothing says “’tis the season” like eating your way to a sweet prize.

Sandra, I hope this helps put your mind at ease so you can sit back, relax, and let Disney transportation do the driving. If more questions pop up while you’re planning, please feel free to stop by again.

    See ya real soon,

    Christina
