Hi Erin,
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm glad you stopped by with your
Disney Cruise Line question.
I take advantage of the
Onboard Booking Offer placeholder reservation on every cruise, so I'm glad you did, too. When you purchase the Onboard Booking Offer, you can indicate a travel agent will help you with your reservation, for example, if a travel agent booked your current cruise. If you did not assign it to your travel agent, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact your travel agent and provide them with the reservation number. The agent will contact Disney Cruise Line to have the reservation transferred so they can handle the reservation for you.
There are so many exciting cruise itineraries available for your next cruise! You will need to take your cruise within 24 months of purchasing your placeholder, so have fun exploring
the upcoming itineraries. Keep in mind, there are some
blockout dates that vary by ship.
Erin, let us know if you have other questions as you plan; we are happy to help!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
