I am a travel agent I have a family they want to book the question is can they make payments on the trip or is it all due at one time?

    Dear Anthony,

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your client's Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

The great news is that yes, if you are booking a Magic Your Way vacation package for your clients, as long as they are booking greater than 30 days away from their check-in date, they can place a deposit on their trip and then make payments up until that 30 day cancellation deadline, when the remainder must be paid.

If they are booking a room only Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, they can make the initial payment and then pay the remaining balance at any time up until their check-in date.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
