    Is there transportation available from Orlando Airport to the resort hotels?

    Welcome to planDisney, Scott!

    How exciting that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins tomorrow!  I'll be happy to give you some suggestions for transportation from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel.

    Many Guests choose to rent a vehicle during their stay.  Several national car rental companies offer vehicle pick-up in the garage adjacent to the terminal.  Travel time to Walt Disney World Resort from the airport usually takes around 30 minutes.  Roadways in the area are well-marked, making it easy to find your way around, and GPS systems can also help you find your way.

    If you prefer to leave the driving to someone else, ride-share options such as Uber and Lyft are popular in the greater Orlando area.

    There are quite a few options for shuttle bus service or private car or limousine transportation as well.  I recommend browsing ground transportation options on the website for Orlando International Airport.  One service I personally have used is Mears Connect bus service.  I first used Mears bus service over 20 years ago, and find the service to be reliable and budget-friendly.  Quite a few of my panel friends recommend Happy Limo.
