Hi Kimberly,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you're having fun planning all of the details of your
spring visit to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" and I LOVE the plans you're making so far!
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is a not only a beautiful place to relax, but there are also lots of unique and fun
things to do like enjoying a peaceful carriage ride, renting a surrey bike, or fishing.
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White is a an excellent choice as well! The food is delicious, the character interactions are awesome, and the all of the details represent the Snow White story so well!
To get to
Disney's Wilderness Lodge for dinner from your Resort hotel, you'll simply take a
bus to Magic Kingdom Park, then enjoy a peaceful ride on a
water taxi over to
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, where you’ll really feel like you’ve been transported to the Pacific Northwest. As far as travel time goes, I’d allow about an hour and a half just to make sure you have plenty of time. If you happen to arrive early, take some time to explore the Resort hotel both inside and out. It’s quite spectacular! I love watching Fire Rock Geyser, which erupts out by the lake every hour on the hour. Of course, if you’re short on time, the adorable
Minnie Van service is a great way to get somewhere quickly and in style!
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kimberly, and please come back and see us again with any other questions you may have as you’re planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
